A call center agent works at home in his virtual call center and completes the same duties as he would if he were to be working in a regular call-center office. An  outbound virtual call center implies that the customer care agent needs to make the calls to clients  rather than receive them. Common examples of an outbound virtual call center are service related posts in this, sales and marketing call centers as well as insurance virtual call centers.
